Step 1: Setup 🖥​

1. Download and install Medal
2. Make Sure you followed all step on the Getting started page!
3. Enable BIOS Virtualization (VT-x / SVM / AMD-V).
4. Restart your PC
5. Enter BIOS (usually by pressing DEL / F2 / F10 / F12 during startup)
6. Navigate to Advanced / CPU / Security settings (varies by motherboard)
7. Find virtualization setting:
   • Intel → VT-x / Intel Virtualization Technology
   • AMD → SVM Mode / AMD-V
8. Set it to Enabled
9. Save changes and exit BIOS
10. Boot back into Windows

Step 2: Injection 🖥️​

1. Run MedalTV as admin
2. Run the loader. Keep focus on the monitor that you need to have overlay on. LOADER​
3. Enter your license key by pressing "Right Mouse Button" and click the "Enter" button on your keyboard
4. We have in-built "Cleaner" and "Spoofer". Loader will ask if you need them every launch.
5. Launch the game once CMD is closed and wait till software menu appear in game main menu (can take up to three minutes). Menu key: Insert.

Trouble Shooting

• R6X ESP not working / menu not showing.

  1. Press Windows + R → paste: %localappdata%/Ubisoft/r6s
  2. Upload RainbowSix.exe to GoFile
  3. Send the link to support

• R6X error codes (QB required).

  1. Error codes: 21076, 25234, 17685, 37713, 48525, 91341
  2. Press Windows + R → paste: %localappdata%/Ubisoft/r6s
  3. Upload RainbowSix.exe to GoFile
  4. Send the link to support

• Low FPS with Medal overlay.

  1. Open Medal settings
  2. Go to "Clip Settings"
  3. Disable "Capture Clips"

• Overlay / ESP off center.

  1. Unlock your taskbar
  2. Move / drag it to the bottom of your screen
  3. Press your overlay key once to realign it

• Failed to init spoofer.

  1. Use the alternative HWID Virtualizer option in the loader

• Disable Hyper-V manually (dgreadiness tool).

  1. Disable PIN / password / Windows login security
  2. Download Device Guard & Credential Guard tool
  3. Extract ZIP
  4. Open PowerShell as ADMIN
  5. Run: Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Scope Process
  6. Navigate to folder: cd YOUR_PATH
  7. Run: .\DG_Readiness_Tool_v3.6.ps1 -Disable
  8. Restart PC

• Failed to download font-7.

  1. Restart PC and retry a few times
  2. If not fixed, try using a VPN
  3. If still not fixed, contact support

• Failed to set value.

  1. Contact support on Discord

• Loader crashing after launch (1–3 sec).

  1. Install / reinstall Visual C++ Redistributable Download
  2. Restart PC

• Loader restarts PC multiple times.

  1. Disable PIN / password
  2. Open PowerShell as ADMIN
  3. Run commands:
     takeown /F "C:\Windows\System32\hvix64.exe"
     icacls "C:\Windows\System32\hvix64.exe" /grant *$(([System.Security.Principal.WindowsIdentity]::GetCurrent()).User.Value):F
     takeown /F "C:\Windows\System32\hvax64.exe"
     icacls "C:\Windows\System32\hvax64.exe" /grant *$(([System.Security.Principal.WindowsIdentity]::GetCurrent()).User.Value):F
     del "C:\Windows\System32\hvix64.exe"
     del "C:\Windows\System32\hvax64.exe"
  4. If access denied → use:
     Rename-Item "C:\Windows\System32\hvix64.exe" "C:\Windows\System32\hvix641.exe"
     Rename-Item "C:\Windows\System32\hvax64.exe" "C:\Windows\System32\hvax641.exe"
  5. If still not fixed → disable SVM/VT-X in BIOS, remove files manually, re-enable after
  6. Restart PC

• Unsupported firmware.

  1. Convert OS disk to GPT using mbr2gpt or disk tool

• CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED (BSOD).

  1. Do NOT close loader until loading is complete

• Mapper error.

  1. Change Windows version/build
  2. If needed, use original Windows version

• Failed to download files (1).

  1. Retry
  2. Update Windows

• No available servers.

  1. Try VPN

• RAID / virtual disk detected.

  1. Disable RAID / virtual disk in BIOS
  2. Disable Intel RST
  3. Disable "iaStor" services via DriverView / ProcessHacker
  4. If needed, reinstall Windows

• Failed to map memory.

  1. Ensure 16GB+ RAM
  2. Disable all startup apps
  3. Ensure loader is local (not OneDrive etc.)
  4. Use AutoRuns to disable Run entries (Windows/CurrentVersion/Run)
  5. Restart PC

• Incorrect HWID.

  1. Open CMD as ADMIN
  2. Run:
     wmic diskdrive get Caption, SerialNumber
     wmic baseboard get SerialNumber
     getmac
  3. If errors occur → reinstall Windows

• Failed to spoof hardware identifier (0x4).

  1. Restart PC
  2. Disable other spoofers if present

• Failed to load dependencies (-5).

  1. Run provided .reg file
  2. Restart PC

• Incompatible HWID.

  1. Restart PC
  2. If not fixed → request HWID reset

• Failed to load dependencies.

  1. Disable / uninstall antivirus
  2. Remove FaceIT / Vanguard
  3. Restart PC

• Enable virtualization in BIOS.

  1. Enable AMD SVM OR Intel VT-X in BIOS

• VT-x / SVM not supported.

  1. Open PowerShell as ADMIN
  2. Run: Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned
  3. Run provided script
  4. Restart PC

• Error 0x302.

  1. Restart PC

• SPACES disk present.

  1. Disable Storage Spaces in Control Panel (data loss possible)

• Black screen (Delta Force / ABI).

  1. Update Windows to latest version

• Failed to delete hvax.exe.

  1. Disable SVM/VT-X/VT-D
  2. Delete or rename hvax64 manually
  3. Re-enable virtualization

• Failed to init render.

  1. Disable integrated graphics in BIOS

• Third-party hypervisor detected.

  1. Restart PC
  2. Remove hypervisor software

• Enable AHCI mode.

  1. Disable IDE/RAID
  2. Enable AHCI in BIOS

• AES instruction not supported.

  1. Enable AES in BIOS
  2. If unsupported → CPU limitation
